Manager
Southern California/Pacific Northwest
The Manager position is responsible for managing medium to large-sized projects and programs. As a Manager you will own day-to-day client relationships as well as delivery of critical projects. In addition to client delivery efforts, the Manager is expected to support internal projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Lead medium/large, complex projects and programs with minimal coaching
Utilize Project Management frameworks to develop detailed work structures and project plans
Provide exceptional client delivery through critical thinking, problem solving and risk mitigation
Work effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries to prioritize tasks and gain timely closure on decisions
Facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and accountability
Comfortable engaging the client in tough decisions that serve the clients’ best interests
Lead other consultants on project engagement by providing direction on deliverables and general coaching
Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to self motivate with an entrepreneurial mindset
Salary range: $110,000–$138,000 plus bonus
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of management consulting and/or program management experience
Strong client presentation, communication and facilitation skills with consideration of cutting edge design elements
Successful application of a variety of management tools and methods
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Senior Consultant
Southern California/Pacific Northwest
The Senior Consultant is on the front lines with our clients. They are responsible for the completion of work streams from beginning to end through requirements gathering, process design, data analysis, business plan development, managing key deliverables, and gap analysis. Senior Consultants are responsible for exceptional client delivery and relationship development with client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Lead large, complex work streams with the support and coaching of senior leadership.
Monitor complexities of project lifecycles to identify efficiency opportunities and mitigate risk.
Identify, incorporate, and manage business requirements from multiple sources.
Understand and participate in key business milestones, including system testing, financial/data analysis, and business case development.
Visualize complex concepts for presentations to achieve desired outcomes and drive meaningful discussions.
Facilitate productive working sessions with client SMEs and develop detailed business process maps to capture key information/opportunities.
Conduct in-depth analyses of client operations to identify challenges and opportunities.
Develop data-driven strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Build and foster long-term client relationships through trust, value delivery, and strategic insights.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for consulting engagements to solve specific business problems.
Salary range: Salary Range: $92,000-$101,000 plus bonus
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in business or digital strategy consulting, process optimization, customer experience, data & analytics, or organizational change management and development.
Strong client presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with consideration of cutting-edge design elements.
Analytically strong; able to sift through large amounts of data and develop insights for our clients with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software.
Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities, including Agile and Lean methodologies.
Solid time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with strategic planning and business transformation projects.
A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
