Manager

The Manager position is responsible for managing medium to large-sized projects and programs. As a Manager you will own day-to-day client relationships as well as delivery of critical projects.  In addition to client delivery efforts, the Manager is expected to support internal projects and initiatives. 

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Lead medium/large, complex projects and programs with minimal coaching 

  • Utilize Project Management frameworks to develop detailed work structures and project plans 

  • Provide exceptional client delivery through critical thinking, problem solving and risk mitigation 

  • Work effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries to prioritize tasks and gain timely closure on decisions 

  • Facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and accountability 

  • Comfortable engaging the client in tough decisions that serve the clients’ best interests 

  • Lead other consultants on project engagement by providing direction on deliverables and general coaching 

  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to self motivate with an entrepreneurial mindset 

Salary range: $110,000–$138,000 plus bonus

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of management consulting and/or program management experience

  • Strong client presentation, communication and facilitation skills with consideration of cutting edge design elements

  • Successful application of a variety of management tools and methods

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Part-Time Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our marketing efforts and amplifying our brand’s reach. This role is pivotal in driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through a strategic blend of thought leadership, digital optimization, and event management. This role will oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind and our marketing operations are highly efficient.

Content Generation & Thought Leadership

  • Showcase strong copyrighting capabilities for content development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that positions our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.

  • Leverage data insights to ensure content resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation efforts.

 

Website Management & Optimization

  • Oversee website updates, user experience (UX), and performance to ensure a seamless visitor journey.

  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and conversions.

  • Monitor analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable insights.

 

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.

  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.

  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact.

 

Events Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and industry trade shows.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure events align with brand messaging and generate qualified leads.

  • Measure and report on event ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.

Tech Stack Optimization

  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including ESP, CRM, social tools, and website platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with sales and IT teams to optimize tools and workflows for better lead tracking and conversion.

  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for improved marketing performance.

 

Other Details

  • Up to 20 hours/week

  • Rate: $80-$90/hour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing of professional services, with a focus on demand generation and digital strategy.

  • Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and website management.

  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms, including Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Hubspot), Email Service Providers/ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp), CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
